QA/QC Supervisor
The QA/QC Supervisor position requires professionals with strong experience in quality assurance and quality control within plastic injection molding operations.
Requirements
Candidates should have:
- Knowledge of Melt Flow Index (MFI)
- Experience investigating root causes (RCA)
- Knowledge of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Experience with international plumbing standards including ASTM D2846, ASTM F439/F436, DIN 8063 and SASO
- 5–7 years of QA/QC leadership experience in plastic injection molding
- Experience with rigid PVC/CPVC fittings preferred
- Strong knowledge of QA laboratory equipment and ISO systems
- Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
Production Shift Supervisor
The Production Shift Supervisor will be responsible for supervising injection molding plant operations and maintaining production efficiency.
Requirements
Candidates should have experience in:
- Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting injection molding defects
- Short shots
- Sink marks
- Flash
- Burn marks
- Warping
- Shop-floor safety requirements
- 5S standards

Requirements
- 5–7 years of operational experience with twin-screw compounding extruders and pelletizing lines
- Experience handling rigid PVC/CPVC compounds
- Knowledge of accurate raw-material feeding and batch recipes
- High School Technical Diploma, ITI or vocational certificate in Plastics Processing, Mechanical or Industrial Operations
