Job Description
o HVAC – Chiller Technician ( water cooled & Air-cooled Chiller maintenance & trouble shooting Experience, Knowledge of Electrical & controls for the HVAC system, VFD functions, BMS control philosophy, screw & reciprocating chiller working principles, AHU, humidity controls, Positive air pressure etc. Oil field experience required)
o HVAC – Control / Instrumentation Technician ( BMS System maintenance & Trouble shooting, Calibration of transducers, HMI/ DDC Panel trouble shooting, HVAC Chiller Control knowledge, VFD control knowledge)
o HVAC Mechanical Technician – ( Compressor overhauling – Screw & Reciprocating, Pump installation & repair, Alignments, etc…)
o HVAC – Control & Automation Engineer ( BMS System maintenance & Trouble shooting, Calibration of transducers, HMI/ DDC Panel trouble shooting, HVAC Chiller Control knowledge, VFD control knowledge, Programme uploading & downloading, Design of HVAC Control Panel, AutoCAD Experience, etc… )
o Planner – Knowledge of HVAC maintenance, SAP & MAXIMO experience, EPTW, PTW, WMS, TRA, Method statements, planning, scheduling etc…
